Job Description



We are looking for a person to join our team as Technical Support Executive (Voice process). We have various clients and projects, and you will be involved in coaching, training, managing agents to work to the best abilities and drive performance for our US clients. The clients we support are on the cutting edge of various new technologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate with excellent written communication skills
Person mMust be interested to make your career in BPO industry
Handling calls and resolving the technical queries of the clients
Should be flexible to work in 24/ 7 shifts.

Skills and Abilities:

Good knowledge in trouble shooting of Hardware,Networking and ISP Support
Able to communicate fluently in the language required for transaction
Should have good reasoning and analytical skills
Excellent problem solving skills

Ability to comprehend the customer requirement well
Typing skills as required by the process
Basic computer knowledge is required
Active listening skills

Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.
Provide World Class Customer Service.
