Job Description

We have exciting opportunities for International Voice Process - US Shift (Technical Support) Contact Rumal HR-9597891800

Looking for both Under Graduate/ Post Graduate (in any discipline)
Fresher 2017 passed outs alone and Experienced in International Voice

Candidate must have networking (hands on) experience, especially troubleshooting routers and home networks
Must be knowledgeable in Windows XP, Vista/7, 8 & 10 fundamentals, use and navigation
Must be knowledgeable in Mac OS, use and navigation
Must be knowledgeable in iOS and Android, use and navigation.
Handle inbound queries pertaining the technical issues
Remotely resolving the technical issues

Requirement :

Candidate with prior Voice Process experience for Min 12 months ONLY can apply
Candidates with experience in Customer support / Technical Support can apply
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
