Job Description

Candidate must have minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Voice/ Phone Support (Preferably Technical Support Process)
Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24/7 environment
Should have basic knowledge of Networking Concepts
Should have an excellent verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for providing diagnostic technical support related to installation/ configuration/ issue troubleshooting
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
Provides remote assistance for resolving app issues
Diagnosis & resolving application issues.
