Job Description

Infosys BPO Limited is planning to conduct walk-in interview for Helpdesk/ L1 Support/ Service Desk - Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate
Years of Experience : 2 to 4 Years
Flexible to work in shifts(24*7)

Shift Timings: Should be flexible for 24*7 Shifts
Job Location: Bangalore

Mandate Skills :

Excellent Communication skills both oral and written. Ability to interact with customers
Should come out as an expert who can trouble shoot issues- L1 Support/ Service Desk
Profiles with minimum 24 months of experience
Should have good analytical skills
Helpdesk experience is preferred.
