Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience of working for Voice based Technical Support in an IT Service provider / outsourcing project environment. Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and to Service Level Agreements in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge / hands-on preferably for Desktop Support, Windows Active Directory, Citrix, Network & Hardware
Certification/Trained on any of these - MCSA, MCSE or MCITP preferred.

Commitment / flexibility (late night and weekend work is quite often required due to nature of the business)
Strong Customer Service attitude; builds lasting client relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness
Adaptable to fast paced environment and grasp concepts quickly.
Adaptable to multitasking environment, process oriented.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot & coordinate with L2 & L3 teams to resolve issues relating to Operating System, Citrix environment, Exchange, Active Directory, Backup solutions and other technical issues relating to network infrastructure and desktop & Mobile phones.
Will have to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Providing L1 infrastructure support for users Remotely.
Resolve technical issues in a service desk environment, relating to Operating systems,
Cloud applications, Network, Printers, and other Business specific applications.
