Job Description

EEC (Employee Excellent Center) is hiring for Associate Technical Support for Networking and Troubleshooting profile

Eligibility Criteria:
B.COM/ B.Sc/ BCA/ BBA/ 12+ Diploma (3 Years), NO B.Tech/ BE
Should have excellent communication skills

Job Responsibility:

Effectively execute calls of the customers in English (Voice based)
Responsible for Installing, configuring and remote troubleshooting
Responsible for handling Network troubleshooting in LAN and WAN environment.

Responsible for Configuring and troubleshooting the Routers and Modem
Responsible for handling customers` post registration technical queries
Willing to work in 24x7 (Including night shift)

Interview Date- 6th to 8th October
Time- 12pm to 5pm
